I have just changed my bank account from Halifax to TSB. Due to the fact that TSB was the only bank to help out a loan for my son to pay his credit card off. Halifax were not prepared to help me being a third party, even though the credit card was with them, not even prepared to help my son, told him to carry on paying it off the way he has done. Such absorbadent interest rates! TSB did it for me at a fantastic one off interest rate and paying loan off. Thank you very to Natalie at Chippenham branch. Was expecting something fairly basic but the car was nearly new and in perfect condition. Really pleased with how they fixed a problem with my 4x4, and always use them for my MOT - really good service. They set the standard for other garages to follow!

I has an issue with my 4x4 and no-one else in Chippenham would look at it. Harfords took the time to diagnose the issue and very honestly suggested that it could only be fixed at a main dealer because while replacing the sensor might fix the issue there was no guarantee. I really appreciate the honesty, something which is a rare quality to find nowadays.

The staff are brilliant. They fitted a reconditioned engine in my son’s car in record time. I recommend anyone to give them a call if you need anything done to your vehicle. I’ve taken my car for MOT & Service for more than 10 years, and have always been pleased with the work they do.

My husband was in need of a motability vehicle and as he has had Hyundai's in the past we visited here, the staff were very helpful and friendly with lots of knowledge on how motability works, we chose the vehicle, went for a test drive, filled in the paperwork and that was how easy it was, they do everything else. Also the coffee and hot chocolate they gave us was served in a cup and saucer, not in a plastic cup, the extra effort just made you feel a little bit special

We locked our keys inside and Tony came out within half an hour and replaced the broken lock all within 30 minutes. Great job. Nicely done.

Accidentally left keys inside the house and shut the door with dog still inside. Lock genie was very quick and helpful and sorted everything out. Much cheaper and more personal than some of these big companies. Would definitely recommend.

Having just had my car serviced the garage advised I needed a new battery. As I had bought it from Halfords 2 years' ago, it was still under the 3-year warranty and I had the receipt as proof of purchase. Geraldine promptly carried out a check on the battery and, from the result, confirmed I could have a replacement, which she fitted herself. Her friendly and efficient help was much appreciated.

A brilliant experience from start to finish with Anthony (mortgage adviser). Our first meeting was very informative and he managed to negotiate the asking price of the house we wanted to buy. Estate agents at Allen and Harris did show us a variety of properties and were very helpful but we fell in love with a property marketed elsewhere. Anthony took care of the mortgage application as well as helping with the insurance. He genuinely cared about how the process was going and our family feel we experienced impeccable service.

We used Allen & Harris to buy our property recently, and they were fab! Special thanks to our mortgage adviser Keleigh who helped us through the process since we were first-time buyers and didn't really know what to do. Would definitely use again (though hopefully we won't need to TOO soon!).

Michael was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The result was an excellent mortgage rate, and has been the quickest mortgage application to completion process I have had.

When I first decided to replace my ensuite, a number of friends recommended Ady from ABC Plumbing to me. I’m really glad they did because I’m absolutely delighted with the whole experience. Ady worked tirelessly from Day 1 right through to completion and was always very friendly and polite. A highly unusual printer by any standards. They have ancient print machines, new ones and a machine for everything. They do stickers, cards, labels, brochures and books. The boss is an old fashioned printer who knows stuff that isn't even learned anymore. His son is a whizz on the PC and is a Master designer. This is a major resource for the region.

Absolutely amazing and anchient machineries. I went here to get some business cards printed but walked out fascinated and amazed by what this place can do and what the people in there specialise at. Terry was there midday on Sunday working every day of the week and welcomed us and we walked out fascinated by the machineries and the hard work done there. 100% would recommend.

Excellent communication, I booked a surprise trip to Maldives for my mums 50th birthday in store. I also requested to have something special on the day, possibly a cake or some flowers and I was told there will be an extra charge to guarantee something. I decided to leave it but Global West Travel contacted the hotel and arranged a cake and decorated the dinner table for my mum. The staff at the hotel also gathered around and sang happy birthday to her, it was very special, thank you! The overall experience was great all information including works on the island was informed via letter and emails. I would say the only down side was that i paid by 2 instalments and had cheques written out for 2 different dates but unfortunately both cheques went through at the same time and I ended up in my overdraft.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Janet and her team. Had a huge wobble about going on holiday but they took time to reassure me and not make me feel silly. Feel much more confident about going now so thank you x

Due to illness & old age I have had both of my rabbits put to sleep here. Both times the staff have been very compassionate and understanding that your pet is part of your family and when the time comes for you to say goodbye it is never easy. When I had my first rabbit put down I was too upset to pay my invoice there and then, they sent me the invoice by post but instead of putting "anaesthetic" as the description like previous vets have done, they put "Casper to rest." About a week ago I had my other rabbit put to sleep, I was so touched to find that they had sent me a hand written card saying "sorry for your loss of your pet rabbit mitzy" those personal touches was so lovely and that is why I would recommend Garden veterinary group - Chippenham.
