Excellent communication, I booked a surprise trip to Maldives for my mums 50th birthday in store. I also requested to have something special on the day, possibly a cake or some flowers and I was told there will be an extra charge to guarantee something. I decided to leave it but Global West Travel contacted the hotel and arranged a cake and decorated the dinner table for my mum. The staff at the hotel also gathered around and sang happy birthday to her, it was very special, thank you! The overall experience was great all information including works on the island was informed via letter and emails. I would say the only down side was that i paid by 2 instalments and had cheques written out for 2 different dates but unfortunately both cheques went through at the same time and I ended up in my overdraft.
I just want to say a huge thank you to Janet and her team. Had a huge wobble about going on holiday but they took time to reassure me and not make me feel silly. Feel much more confident about going now so thank you x
