They offer a professional, friendly service that I cannot recommend enough to someone looking for high quality treatments at competitive prices. This Salon won the best in Wiltshire award. It thoroughly deserves it as I've never had a bad set of nails or hair cut or eyebrow tint and wax from them. They are always professional and extremely talented. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The nails are out of this world both natural with or without nail art and the very latest system they use instead of normal acrylics which are lighter and more flexible. It's a real treat to go and pamper myself and I'd recommend this salon to anyone.

Good store with wide range coverage. Historic crime section was very limited. Child play area takes up space which could be used for more stock - but useful for younger visitors.

Having just had my car serviced the garage advised I needed a new battery. As I had bought it from Halfords 2 years' ago, it was still under the 3-year warranty and I had the receipt as proof of purchase. Geraldine promptly carried out a check on the battery and, from the result, confirmed I could have a replacement, which she fitted herself. Her friendly and efficient help was much appreciated.

My husband was in need of a motability vehicle and as he has had Hyundai's in the past we visited here, the staff were very helpful and friendly with lots of knowledge on how motability works, we chose the vehicle, went for a test drive, filled in the paperwork and that was how easy it was, they do everything else. Also the coffee and hot chocolate they gave us was served in a cup and saucer, not in a plastic cup, the extra effort just made you feel a little bit special

I popped into the chippenham store with my daughter to get a smart outfit for her first job and was helped by a lovely gentleman by the name of Liam. He was so helpful fetching stuff and giving advice, I felt like we were in a department store with our own personal shopper. He most certainly went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for him. He certainly made sure we left the store with everything we needed.

Always well presented with a wide range of stock you can't always find online, and most of the staff are friendly. However, there is only usually one member of staff at the till so queueing takes quite a long time... But it's worth it.

Staff completely ignored us as we entered and barely responded when I said hello. I found a suit I liked but they did not have the trousers in my size in the shop. I asked the assistant if they could order them and was told the whole range was discontinued and there was nothing I could do. I asked if any other shops had them and reluctantly the assistant rang some other shops only to realise she'd looked them up wrong and I could in fact order them in my size. For the rest of my time shopping I was offered no help and the assistant just stood behind the counter. Not what I expect in a suit shop. If it wasn't for the fact that the suit I got was an amazing bargain and it looks great it would be rated much lower.

There are always plenty of items to buy, not many shoes though.

The owner Pete was competitive on price and helped set up my hard drive with software etc where I was unsure. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend him to anyone wanting good old fashioned customer service.

Was looking for a couple of lampshades a bit different and unique from the generic styles you find at big name stores and I also wanted to support a local business - found two beautiful ones at Lightways, just what I was after. Spoke to Matthew who was extremely helpful and very friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again or recommend to friends and family.

From hemorrhoid cream to cold sore cream just don't get the two confused. It's Boots the chemist why would anyone need to check a review... If you are an American this is a large national chain of 'Drug Stores' don't ask for fanny cream for your hemorrhoids turns out you'll get something completely different

Small to medium size Boots. Has a pharmacy. I haven't been unable to find specific OTC products that I use, so that's a good indication. Helpful, friendly staff - as is usually the case with this chain.

Nice little Waitrose branch. Great selection of food and wine for dinner, plus lunch materials and a range of items that you might need to take home because you ran out. Helpful staff. I go here regularly. Recommended.

Can't praise this Aladins Cave of outdoors stuff highly enough. Knowledgeable staff, tons of great kit. Returned/ swapped a birthday present here, absolutely no quibbles. Great. Best shop in Chipps.

Small indoor shopping centre. A couple if health food shops, a gift shop, a Tesco Metro, a Peacocks, a hair dresser, a Boswell's cafe with "outdoor - but indoor!" seating - the whole place is moderately but not markedly up market. Seating along the length of the walkway. I often go there to read my book indoors but away from the office at lunch time. Pleasant.

I remember when it wasn't there! Nice range of shops with a decent sized Tesco. The underground car park is a easy to negotiate but when exiting take the corner to the up ramp as wide as possible.

Best shopping experience in a long time... had to pop in because my wife had fast tracked something and asked me to pick it up on the way home. Opened the door and greated by a gentleman. Asked if I needed help? Even before I'd closed the door. I said yes please he took my order number and straight away was given my parcel. Was in and out within 1 minute.. My kind of shopping.

Ususlly a long wait. Not too much of a variety of products when it comes to cheap desks at least. I don't like the fact it's crouded.

Once again I have been delighted with the level of customer service in our local Broomfield Co-op by one particular young lady, Chelsie. Each and every time I shop, not only does she remind me to use my co-op points card, she greets me (and others too I notice) with a smile and friendly word. She remembers my favourite items and will go out of her way to point out a “good deal” .......... yes, she really is a credit to your store.

Since the refit a couple of years ago, this has become an excellent local shop for most groceries one's ever likely to need. The fresh bread is particularly good. An indoor, free cash machine is a useful bonus. I rarely go to large supermarkets nowadays. Looses a star due to a lack of parking.

Ive been here a few times instead of the big Sainsburys that i normally shop at on the other side on Chip. Unfortunately i couldnt find alot that I would normally buy here... which is a shame as its closer to me. I know it's alot smaller but literally half the shop seems to be chocolate, biscuits, etc. 😂 FREE ATM OUTSIDE. Friendly counter staff 😊 😁

The service provided by Majestic Wine Chippenham's team for our wedding back in April was brilliant. We were recommended really good wine, and Teresa (the manager) was really communicative over emails when it came to helping with all the logistics for the big day. It was a fairly big operation, but went incredibly smoothly - and all our guests seemed very happy with the wine provided, to say the least.
