Having just had my car serviced the garage advised I needed a new battery. As I had bought it from Halfords 2 years' ago, it was still under the 3-year warranty and I had the receipt as proof of purchase. Geraldine promptly carried out a check on the battery and, from the result, confirmed I could have a replacement, which she fitted herself. Her friendly and efficient help was much appreciated.

Fuss free and very easy to deal with. All staff were friendly and polite and my order was dealt with professionally. This is my first brand new car purchase and it was important that everything went perfectly not to spoil that experience. They passed with flying colours. Highly recommended .
My husband was in need of a motability vehicle and as he has had Hyundai's in the past we visited here, the staff were very helpful and friendly with lots of knowledge on how motability works, we chose the vehicle, went for a test drive, filled in the paperwork and that was how easy it was, they do everything else. Also the coffee and hot chocolate they gave us was served in a cup and saucer, not in a plastic cup, the extra effort just made you feel a little bit special
